Where We Ship We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@xtraskincare.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve this promptly with a replacement or full refund.
